Notes: The signer/credit/debit card holder understands and agrees that the charge is per user and for ongoing monthly service until canceled in writing by the customer 15 days prior to the next billing cycle, and no refund will be provided for non-use of the service. Furthermore, the customer/signer agrees that if paying using a different card number/payment method, this signed service agreement is still valid and in effect.
